News about “Let this be the final” Gift Day

On 1st August 2019, our Treasurer, Ruth, advised Richard that the full outstanding £70,000 has been donated. The funds for the Halls Redevelopment are achieved, assuming those who have pledged further donations continue to fulfil those pledges.

The cost of £2.47 million is covered; the final bills will be paid this autumn and next spring, in accordance with the contract.

Praise God, from whom all blessings flow!

Church general account: Ruth advises that several current donors have increased their giving, but regretfully few new donors have begun to give to cover all day to day costs. Please pray if you can set up a Standing Order, say £30/month (just a £1 a day to help cover our church’s running costs). Bank details: 40-52-40 / 00020562 / Christ Church PCC
