Church Family News
Halls Redevelopment THIS WEEK’s News – Good news, which you can see best if you walk down Denmark Street, where the scaffolding has come down. Great work has been done inside – it’s beginning to look and feel like the halls and rooms we envisaged.
The north lawn has lost some trees, which opens up the visibility of the church to the street, and offers us a more usable space for outdoor events and hospitality.
We are progressing towards the fulfilment of God’s vision to help us be more in the centre of our community, more visible to our community and more able to share God’s love with our community.
Completion remains August, followed by about 4 weeks to fit out for actual daily use. There is still a 6 figure sum to receive so that all the costs will be paid. Donations and Standing Orders still need; please place in a sealed envelope, marked HRV, in the Collection Basket, or drop through Vicarage letterbox (115 Denmark Street) ASAP. HRV pledge/donation forms at church.
