Halls Redevelopment Update Weather permitting, external work continues next week. Internally, lots of detailed work is being done. Completion is delayed and our contractors are seeking ways of minimising further delays. Handover is now likely to be this summer, after which we will need to take about 4 weeks to prepare the buildings for actual daily use.
Thank you to all who have been able to give/pledge so far. We still need to pray that the final amount of about £150,000 comes in. If you have meant to make a donation and have yet to do so, please place this ASAP in a sealed envelope, marked HRV, in the large Collection Box on arrival at church, or drop through Vicarage letterbox (115 Denmark Street). There are HRV donation forms to complete at the back of church.
It will be a great moment when we no longer need to look back to paying for the construction, but can look forward to using these new halls and rooms for God's good purposes among us and our local community.
