New Sermon Series – starting this week. Sunday mornings/Home Group studies on HOT TOPICS: those hard to get your head round matters. Sunday evenings on the always practical and rather hard-hitting Letter of James. Prepare to be challenged and encouraged.
Donation Day - Thank you to all who have been able to give/pledge so far. Praise God for what has been given so far and pray the final balance is received soon, so that we no longer need to look back to paying for the construction, but can look forward to using these new halls and rooms for God's good purposes among us and our local community.
If you are able to help financially, please place ASAP your completed form in a sealed envelope, marked HRV, in the large Collection Box on arrival at church, or drop through Vicarage letterbox (115 Denmark Street).
Halls Redevelopment Update Weather permitting, lime rendering starts, and zinc work resumes, next week. Internally, lots of detailed work being done. Completion is delayed till the very end of May earliest. Our contractors are seeking ways of minimising further delays. Please pray God’s blessing on the contractors and sub-contractors.
Be kind to our neighbours – Using the local school playground. If driving to the 10am service, please park your car at Castle Newnham School south site (under 3 minutes to church). Interested in offering/asking for a lift or car sharing? Ask Pat Mathias.
