Other news and notices

The Marriage CourseDo you wish to invest in your marriage in 2018?  Do you want to be equipped with tools to communicate better and strengthen your relationship?  Nigel and Lesley Greenslade are hosting the Marriage Course at their home starting Thursday 8th February at 7pm. Refreshments followed by video input, then discussions in couples (you won't be asked to share anything publicly!). Topics covered include communication, finances and resolving conflict. Contact Nigel & Lesley or Paul Boulter for more details.

Home Groups: January is an excellent month to join a Home Group. These groups meet in people's homes at various times both daytime and evening, providing opportunities for us all to be encouraged in our faith, deepen our friendships, pray with one another and discuss things in more depth as we live out our faith day by day. This term most groups will be discussing the issues raised by the Sunday morning sermon series. If you would like more info or to join a group please contact Susan Mountford.

Foodbank - Please bring non-perishable donations any Sunday.  Please place them in the labelled box at the back of church.  The Foodbank is currently in particular need of fruit juice (long life), UHT milk, sponge puddings (long life), cup a soup, jars of pasta sauce, tin openers, washing up liquid, deodorant (unisex), shower gel (unisex) and laundry washing tablets.

Being green in 2018 Refreshments Please remember to bring your own mug to church so we can cut down on our use of the paper cups, as part of our good stewardship of creation and to lessen the environmental impact.
